The development of digital technology requires schools to implement adaptive and sustainable learning innovations. This study aims to analyze acceleration and optimization strategies of digital-based educational innovation programs at SMPN 1 Wanayasa. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that acceleration strategies include teacher training, formation of innovation teams, digital mentoring, and digital-based academic supervision. Meanwhile, optimization strategies include periodic monitoring and evaluation, strengthening teacher collaboration, and adaptive strategies in overcoming facility limitations. Supporting factors include school leadership, teacher collaboration, and infrastructure availability. Inhibiting factors include limited internet access, student devices, and teachers' digital competencies. The program positively impacts student engagement, conceptual understanding, discipline, and digital literacy.
