KASBANA: Journal of Sharia Economic Law recognizes authorship based on substantial scholarly contributions to the research and manuscript. All individuals listed as authors must meet the authorship criteria described below and share responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the published work.

To qualify for authorship, each author should meet the following criteria:

1. Substantial Contribution: Have made a significant contribution to the conception or design of the research, the collection, analysis, or interpretation of data, or the development of the manuscript.

2. Manuscript Preparation or Revision: Have participated in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.

3. Final Approval: Have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript submitted to KASBANA for publication.

4. Accountability: Agree to be accountable for their contributions and to help ensure that questions concerning the accuracy, integrity, or originality of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

All authors must approve the final manuscript and agree to its submission to KASBANA. The corresponding author is responsible for communicating with the editorial office and ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript and agreed to its submission.

Individuals who have contributed to the research but do not meet the authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately, with their consent. Such contributions may include administrative support, technical assistance, language editing, or general supervision.

Authorship Changes

Any addition, removal, or rearrangement of authors after manuscript submission must be justified and approved by all authors concerned. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing to the editorial office and are subject to the Editor-in-Chief’s approval. Changes to authorship after publication will be considered only in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics procedures.

Originality and Research Integrity

All authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript is original, properly cites relevant sources, and does not contain plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, or other forms of research misconduct. All authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and comply with the journal’s publication ethics policies.

KASBANA reserves the right to request clarification regarding authorship and contributions whenever necessary to uphold publication ethics and academic integrity.
