SAMAWA: Journal of Islamic Family Law invites scholars, researchers, academics, legal practitioners, and policymakers to submit high-quality manuscripts for publication in Volume 6 Number 2, June 2026.

The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and scholarly discussion in the fields of Islamic family and civil law. Submissions are encouraged in, but not limited to, the following areas:

1. Islamic Family Law

2. Marriage Law

3. Inheritance Law

4. Islamic Civil Law

Publication Date: July 2026

Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 300.000

An Article Processing Charge (APC) will be applied only to manuscripts that have successfully passed the peer-review process and have been accepted for publication.

Submission Guidelines:

• Manuscripts must follow the journal’s author guidelines and use the official manuscript template.
• Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal or publisher.
• Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts through the Online Journal System (OJS) of SAMAWA.
