STRATEGI HARMONISASI KELUARGA PASANGAN KARIR: PERSPEKTIF HADITS BUKHARI INDEKS 4810

Abstract

Marriage is a form of social interaction encouraged in Islam, and every individual who enters
marriage desires harmony in their household. The balance between fulfilling economic and
emotional needs is the key to achieving this harmony. This study aims to analyze family
harmony strategies among career couples in Ramban Wetan Village by referring to Hadith
Bukhari No. 4810. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with interviews,
documentation, and direct observations as its approaches. The findings indicate that
families in Ramban Wetan Village tend to live harmoniously, with rare conflicts, and they
are known to be friendly and polite toward the surrounding community. The strategies
implemented to maintain family harmony among career couples include maintaining good
communication, being honest, expressing ideas clearly, and avoiding gossip, slander, and
defamation.
