Community empowerment should focus on optimizing local potential to create economic added value for residents. This study aims to improve the economic well-being of the community in Desa Solor, Kecamatan Cermee, Kabupaten Bondowoso, through the development of corn-based processed products. The approach applied includes interactive counseling and consultation, implemented in three stages: pre-activity preparation, activity implementation, and post-activity evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in the community’s skills in processing corn into marketable products, while also strengthening the role of local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in supporting the village economy.
