All parties involved in the publishing process—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—are required to adhere to publication ethics standards in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
1. Authors’ Responsibilities
-
Authors must present original scholarly works that are free from plagiarism and have not been previously published elsewhere.
-
Data presented in the manuscript must be accurate, honest, and accountable.
-
Authors are obliged to cite references clearly, completely, and in accordance with academic citation rules.
-
Each article must properly acknowledge all individuals who contributed to the work in proportion to their roles.

Authors are not allowed to submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously (multiple submission).
2. Editors’ Responsibilities
-
Editors are responsible for conducting the initial screening of manuscripts and ensuring their relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.
-
Editorial decisions must be based solely on the academic quality of the manuscript, not on non-scientific factors such as race, gender, affiliation, or belief.
-
Editors must maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and must not misuse the information contained therein for personal purposes.
-
Editors must act objectively, fairly, and consistently in accordance with scholarly publishing standards.
3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities
-
Reviewers must provide objective, honest, and professional evaluations within their field of expertise.
-
Reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and must not disseminate information from the manuscripts under review.
-
Reviewers should provide constructive feedback aimed at improving the quality of the manuscript, rather than discrediting the author.
-
Reviewers must avoid conflicts of interest with the authors or the content of the manuscript.
4. Publisher’s Responsibilities
-
