https://ejournal.indafa.ac.id/index.php/at-tamlik/article/view/516

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model for the economic empowerment of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) members through Maqashid Syariah-based business mentoring. The background of this study is the empowerment practices in BMTs that have so far emphasized the distribution of financing and asset protection (hifz al-mal), without integrating all dimensions of Maqashid Syariah comprehensively. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, through interviews, observations, and documentation analyzed interactively with data triangulation. The results show that the business mentoring carried out is still administrative and not well structured. Therefore, an empowerment model is needed that integrates the dimensions of hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-‘aql, hifz al-mal, and hifz al-nasl in each stage of mentoring, so that the economic empowerment of members can be carried out holistically, sustainably, and oriented towards the welfare of the community.

Keywords: Economic Empowerment, Business Assistance, Maqashid Syariah,
Basriyanto

The purpose of this study was to identify the harmony and contradiction of the two agreements in the koleman tradition. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results of the study showed that 1). There is harmony related to the grant agreement according to the Syafi'i school of thought with the tradition of giving gifts in the koleman tradition 2). The debt agreement theorized by Imam Syaf'i'i does not have harmony in the koleman tradition. Where the giver of the gift does not intend to give a debt to the bride and groom.

Keywords: Grant Agreement, Debt Agreement, and Koleman.

Faizatul Aliyah

https://ejournal.indafa.ac.id/index.php/at-tamlik/article/view/514

Abstract

The development of the digital economy has given rise to various new business models, one of which is the TikTok Affiliate program. This program allows individuals to earn commissions from product promotions through social media platforms. Although it offers significant economic opportunities, the TikTok Affiliate commission sharing mechanism requires further examination from a sharia economic perspective to ensure its compliance with Islamic principles. This article aims to analyze the TikTok Affiliate commission sharing mechanism in terms of the concept of contract, fairness, the permissibility of the transaction object, and the principles of prohibition of riba, gharar, and maisir. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results of the analysis indicate that, in principle, TikTok Affiliate commission sharing is permissible in Islam as long as it meets the requirements of a clear contract, transparency, fairness, and the product being promoted is halal.

Keywords: TikTok Affiliate, Commission, Sharia Economy, Contract, Digital Marketing
Armawi

https://ejournal.indafa.ac.id/index.php/at-tamlik/article/view/518

Zaini Miftah
