Abstrak

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in the operations of Pak Haji's digital cassava chips business. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the principle of honesty (ṣidq) is implemented through transparency of information regarding products and prices. The principle of justice (‘adl) is evident in fair pricing policies and equal treatment of consumers. Meanwhile, the principle of trustworthiness is implemented by fulfilling orders according to the initial agreement. However, the contracts used are still simple and not fully transparent, and there are obstacles in maintaining consistent product quality and handling customer complaints. This study concludes that Islamic business ethics have been implemented in micro-scale digital businesses, but still need to be improved for optimal implementation.
