PENYULUHAN PEMBAGIAN HAK WARIS MENURUT HUKUM ISLAM DI DESA BERCAK ASRI KECAMATAN CERMEE KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO TAHUN 2025

Abstract

Community assistance in the form of counseling on the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic law in Bercak Asri Village, Cermee Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency, aims to enhance public understanding of the principles of justice and sharia provisions in inheritance distribution. Ideally, Islamic inheritance law regulates the proportional distribution of assets based on economic responsibilities and kinship ties. However, the actual conditions in Bercak Asri Village reveal a lack of public understanding, often leading to inheritance conflicts due to ignorance of the rights and obligations of heirs. The focus of this activity is to improve community understanding through participatory counseling methods, interactive discussions, and case studies. Evaluation results show a significant increase in public understanding, from 36% before counseling to 64% after counseling. This activity involves collaboration with Islamic legal experts and the use of visual media to facilitate comprehension of the material. In conclusion, counseling is effective in increasing legal awareness among the community regarding Islamic inheritance distribution, reducing the potential for conflicts, and encouraging the application of sharia justice principles in daily life.
