The community of RambanWetan Village, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency, showed high enthusiasm in participating in counseling on contract law and consumer protection for MSME actors. Before the counseling, only 42.3% of participants understood the concept, but after the activity, the percentage of understanding increased significantly to 74.5%. The counseling material included the definition of contracts, the terms of a valid contract, and the rights and obligations of MSME actors and consumers. Participants not only understood the theory but also practiced through case examples and contract drafting practices, which allowed them to apply their knowledge in their daily business activities. This counseling was considered effective because of the systematic delivery method, involving competent speakers, and materials that were relevant to the needs of the participants. Supporting factors such as participant enthusiasm, support from the village government, and community leaders also contributed to the success of the activity. However, several obstacles such as time constraints and difficulty in understanding complex legal terms are still challenges. This increase in understanding is expected to improve the professionalism of MSME actors, create more transparent business transactions, and protect consumer rights. However, around 25.5% of MSMEs still do not fully understand the material, so further efforts are needed such as ongoing socialization and mentoring. This activity proves that education about contract law and consumer protection is very important to support the development of sustainable and responsible MSMEs.
